PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Our 29er wheelset, it uses the same proven rim section that we use for our DMR ‘Thret’ wheels, this is a really tough and lightweight Tubeless Ready rim and it’s 26mm width makes a nice stable base for wider tyres without being overly wide and heavy. These wheels are designed for the same kind of useage as our Maxlight FF29 frame: Fast, aggressive, trailbike use, with some drops and air along the way. This isn’t to say that you can’t use them as race wheels, they are certainly light enough.
Light wheels are of real importance if a 29er is to feel as close as possible in acceleration and change of direction to a 26" wheeled bike.
