Do you have any jobs?

At the moment we have NO vacancies in any of our departments (sales, design, warehouse or administration)

However - please feel free to post a copy of you CV to us and we will keep it on file.


Can I buy direct from Upgrade?

We do not sell directly to the public. Upgrade Bikes is an importer / distributor only.

We only supply our products to quality bicycle retailers and online bicycle stores with a physical retail location that allows the business to serve its customers face-to-face during regular retail hours.

Please see your local bike shop if you see something you like. If you have any questions about any products or for the location of a nearby dealer please feel free to contact us by phone, fax, post or email.


How does Upgrade assess warranty claims?

Upgrade adheres to criteria set out in product warranty policies and in special circumstances, to advice and direction from manufacturers.

We have an obligation to you and to our suppliers to be completely honest in our assessment of each claim.

We support genuine warranty claims and want you to be happy with the quality of your purchases.

Where examination of the product shows the claim to fall outside warranty criteria, however, we can't place ourselves in the position of defrauding our suppliers with false claims.


Can I visit your warehouse?

Unfortunately not, we're a wholesaler and distributor only and not a retail outlet.

However, we are a friendly bunch and welcome contact by post, email, phone or fax.


Where can I buy products distributed by Upgrade Bikes?

Most UK bicycle retailers are able to get product for you. While many will have product in stock, some will be happy to order it in for you.

Just ask your LBS (Local Bike Shop) to give us a call. If you're stuck, email us or check out our dealer locator.
